Johneal White is an associate with the firm who focuses extensively on defending insurance companies and their insureds in personal injury lawsuits and insurance coverage matters. Ms. White has represented clients in both state and federal court in Virginia, including the Virginia Supreme Court. She also represents parents in education matters including special education and disciplinary/civil rights issues. Ms. White received her undergraduate degree from Appalachian State University in Boone, NC and her law degree from Hofstra University School of Law in Hempstead, NY. She was admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in 2005, and served as Counsel for the Committee on Education for the Massachusetts General Court for two years. During that time, she drafted many pieces of legislation in the area of special education law. She was admitted to the Virginia State Bar in 2007.
