Victor S. ("Dinny") Skaff, III was admitted to the Virginia State Bar in 1996.  He is a graduate of West Virginia University, Slippery Rock University, and the University of Virginia School of Law.  Mr. Skaff is an experienced litigator who represents individuals, corporations, self-insureds, insurance companies and their insureds in cases involving general liability, personal injury, premises liability, products liability, subrogation and other matters in federal and state courts across Virginia. He has a particular emphasis in representing "retail and hospitality" companies and corporations in premises liability litigation to include slip/trip/fall incidents, loss prevention and security issues, third-party assaults, foreign objects in food cases, and other related claims.

Mr. Skaff also represents individuals in family law matters to include divorce, custody, and support. Mr. Skaff is trained in Collaborative Practice, a way of resolving divorce issues without going to court.
